Core shows you every question where AI assistants recommend a competitor instead of you. Growth shows you the same thing, then does the work each month to change it — the work an agency charges $1,500 to $2,500 a month for.

It comes down to who's going to do the work. Core tells you precisely what's wrong — how many buyer questions you're losing, who's winning them instead, and what's holding you back. Then you or someone on your team acts on it. If that person exists, Core plus their effort works, and you'll watch it in the trend line. Growth is the plan where we do it: at least one new page a month aimed at the questions you're losing, published to your site once you approve them, and the files your site needs made for you, ready to upload. If nobody on your side is going to act on a report, start on Growth. You can move between the two at any time.
Yes to both, from your billing settings, with no phone call. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle, and your check schedule follows the new plan. Cancelling stops the renewal — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
One business at one address, with one website. Both plans include one. If you run several locations — or you're an agency running this for clients — email us and we'll quote per location rather than making you buy several separate subscriptions.
Two reasons, and neither is that we're hiding something. The first month is the expensive one for us: the full baseline check across four AI assistants and the initial analysis all happen up front. And card-on-file trials that quietly auto-charge are one of the fastest ways for a new company to earn a bad reputation. Instead: no contract, no setup fee, cancel in one click. If the first month doesn't convince you, you've spent $99 and you leave.
Not yet. We're waiting on Google's approval for the API access that would let us read your profile and push corrections to it with your permission, and we won't describe it as working until it is. Nothing on either plan depends on it today — your Google rating, review count and listing check all come from data we can already reach. When the connection goes live it's included on both plans at no extra cost.
Your first full check runs within minutes of signing up.
