These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vissario website, platform, and services (the "Service"), operated by Vissario LLC ("Vissario," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Vissario is an AI visibility platform that analyzes how your business appears across AI engines and search platforms, identifies gaps, and helps implement fixes — including schema markup, citation consistency, and Google Business Profile improvements. Features and scope may change as the Service evolves.
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@vissario.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, including your Google Business Profile, to enable certain features. When you connect an account, you authorize Vissario to access and act on the data needed to provide those features, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access.
Vissario's access to and use of Google Business Profile and other Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you connected it for; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to deliver the Service or as required by law. You can disconnect a linked account at any time.
The Service relies on third parties (including Google, Stripe for payments, and AI engines such as those operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are presented at sign-up or purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Vissario and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and deliver features to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee specific visibility, ranking, traffic, or business results — AI engines and search platforms are controlled by third parties and change constantly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vissario will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
